Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Karvé.

30-Day Returns — Unused Products

You may return any unused and unopened Karvé product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Must be in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Used Products

We cannot accept returns on used products. If you're experiencing a problem with your Karvé, contact us — we're happy to help troubleshoot.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days at support@karveofficial.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

How to Request a Return

Email support@karveofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address within 1 working day. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the item.
